Bio

Larry is an independent consultant who provides research, evaluation, and strategic services mainly to governmental, philanthropic, and not-for-profit organizations.  He has provided leadership to a number of projects that focus on workforce and economic development, health care services, social welfare, and philanthropy. Dr. Rosen also has extensive experience analyzing economic trends and their relationship to health care, workforce, and community development policy and has testified concerning these issues to the U.S. House of Representatives and the Michigan Legislature. He previously served as Senior Project Manager at Public Policy Associates and senior director of the Data Services Department at the Michigan Health & Hospital Association. Larry is married to Janice Susan Havens Rosen and has two adult children. He has been a resident of East Lansing for 20 years.
