Rawley has lived in Lansing’s Downtown Neighborhood for 3-years. He previously worked for the Michigan House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide with a focus on analyzing the impact and need for affordable housing in urban environments, tourism in local communities, and meeting Michigan's energy needs. Prior to his employment with the State of Michigan, Rawley worked for the Ingham County Land Bank-Fast Track Authority as their Property Disposition & Community Relations Manager. His experience also includes real estate transaction, strategic property planning, public relations, community based organizing and grant management. Rawley has also served on the Board of Directors for the Happendance School.
