Jim comes to us with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked in estimating, residential and commercial building in the Jackson and Lansing areas.  Jim has been Project Manager/Site Supervisor on many of CAHP's housing projects while working for a local builder. He has served as past President and Board member of the Home Builder's Association of Jackson, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Home Builder's Association of Michigan.  He holds a BS degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.

As Development Specialist Jim is responsible for future property development, new construction and rehabilitation projects.
