PANDEMIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Help may be available to eligible Ingham County residents who have fallen behind on their rent, mortgage and utilities as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic. These programs are being administered in whole or in part by Capital Area Housing Partnership. If you are in need of assistance, please review available and upcoming relief programs below.

At 9:00 pm on June 30, 2022, the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) application window closed. If you applied, you can check your application status online. For additional assistance and referral, please get in touch with Capital Area Housing Partnership at (517) 657-8145.

INGHAM COUNTY HOMEOWNERS & STATEWIDE
The Homeowner Assistance Fund was established to mitigate hardships associated with the coronavirus pandemic by providing funds to prevent homeowner mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosure, loss of utilities or home energy services and displacements of homeowners experiencing financial hardship.

CITY OF EAST LANSING RESIDENTS
The City of East Lansing has allocated CDBG-CV funds to provide emergency support to income eligible East Lansing residents to the issuance of rent, mortgage and utility payments to persons experiencing financial hardships as a direct result of COVID-19.
