Peter is a Member of Dickinson Wright PLLC.

 

For nearly 15 years, Peter has brought creative solutions to clients’ complex and tax-driven transactions. Peter serves as tax counsel in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt bonds.  Peter has served as tax counsel in a wider area of tax-exempt bond financings, including governmental bonds, qualified 501(c)(3) bonds, housing, multi-family housing, senior living facilities, and exempt facility bonds. Prior to practicing law, Peter served on the staffs of a United States Senator and a United States Congressman. Peter regularly speaks at conferences across the globe and is a prolific author, with his articles appearing in such publications as the Drake Law Review, the Michigan State University Law Review, Journal of Multi-State Taxation and Incentives, and UNLV Gaming Press.
